Changes to Sailing Instructions

Sail for Cancer Rescheduled:

Sail for cancer, previously scheduled for 22nd Feb (CC6), will instead be sailed on the 15th Mar (CC7)

Club Races on 8 Mar 2025:

To accommodate the Heron Junior state titles being held over the weekend of 8th and 9th of March, the following changes will be made to the Club Races on the 8th.

Junior Heron / Cadet / Intermediate Races Cancelled:

Intermediates are encouraged to join the afternoon A-division fleet.

SI 8.2.2 is replaced with the following:

The order of class starts shall be:

• Junior / Junior Heron (as part of State Titles)

• Junior / Senior Heron (as part of State Titles)

• Catamaran

• Tasar, NS14 and Moth

• Spiral

• Firebugs and B division

• A-Division

SI 7.1 is modified:

Catamarans shall use the monohull code flag ‘O’ mark indicated as the start in the Schedule of Courses.

SI 8.4 is replaced with the following:

The starting line shall be between the mast of the committee vessel and an orange laid mark in the vicinity of the monohull mark indicated as the start in the Schedule of Courses. This is shown in Fig 1.

SI 8.4.1 is added:

The start line shall be ‘closed’. No boat is to cross the start line in either direction after starting.

• Firebugs and B-Division
• A-Division
