Changes to Sailing Instructions

SI 10.2 is replaced with the following:

10.2.    After starting, boats shall not enter the area bounding Mark No. 7, the finish mark, and the clubhouse - unless approaching, rounding, or having rounded Mark No. 7 as a mark of the course. A boat that breaks this rule shall not correct her error, however she will be exonerated if she takes a two-turns penalty (RRS 44.2). This area shall be taken as an obstruction at other times after starting.
This changes RRS 28.1 and 28.2.
Any boat failing to comply with this rule shall be scored DSQ without a hearing
